Part-Time Receptionist – No Insurance Experience Needed
Are you friendly, organized, and great with people? Do you enjoy helping others and keeping things running smoothly in a busy office?
Joyce Emerson-Greenberg State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers and play an important role in creating a positive, professional experience.
No insurance experience? No problem! We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Determine customer needs and transfer calls to the appropriate team member
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Follow up with customers on outstanding service tasks and requests
- Assist with basic customer questions and office needs
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes
- Help the team stay organized and ensure customer requests are handled promptly
Who We're Looking For
- Friendly and personable with strong communication skills

- A quick learner who is comfortable learning new systems

- Previous receptionist, customer service, retail, or office experience is a plus, but not required

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must meet applicable training requirements.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
