Full-Time Sales Representative – No Insurance Experience Needed

Joyce Emerson-Greenberg State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team.
No insurance experience? No problem! We’re looking for the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We provide training and will help you learn the insurance business and develop your sales skills.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
- Conduct outbound calls and conversations with potential customers
- Provide quotes and help customers understand their coverage options
- Cross-sell additional products based on customer needs
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Develop your knowledge of State Farm insurance and financial services products

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must meet applicable licensing and training requirements.
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
